The role of Student Services is to assist and support students throughout their studies.

What do we offer our students?
At Student Services, we provide HRW students with advice and information on everything from choosong courses to application procedures, examination management and gaining a sucessful degree. Our aim is to assist students with any issues or problems related to their studies. The following list provides an overview of our services:  

  • Guidance on choosing a degree course
  • Application and admission procedures
  • Assistance when changing degree programmes or transferring to/from another university
  • Scholarship guidance
  • Completing the enrolment and confirmation process
  • Issue and administration of chip cards
  • Printing certificates of enrolment
  • Registration for subject and module examinations
  • Examination management / examination counselling
  • Collection of semester fees
  • Academic leave of absence
  • Book and media loans
  • Change of name or address
  • Internship semester / semester abroad
  • Cooperation agreements with schools
