Ruhr West University of Applied Sciences starts MBA for the summer semester 2022

26. November 2021 News

Application possible from 1 December

The Ruhr West University of Applied Sciences is launching a new MBA programme in the coming summer semester. The joint degree programme "MBA Global Management / HR" focuses on the increasingly demanding personnel development strategies of companies. The part-time, continuing education Master's programme is aimed at experienced specialists and managers (at least one year of personnel responsibility or two years of professional experience) who would like to expand their knowledge and leadership skills in the context of human resources management.

The new MBA is strongly application-oriented and enables students to sustainably develop their personal leadership skills. Due to low attendance times and exclusive attendance on Saturdays, the joint study programme offers great flexibility: the combination of classroom events, online offers and accompanied self-study enables extra-occupational study. An MBA is suitable for people who are successful in their careers and now want to gain further qualifications, who are career-oriented and have a high level of stamina.

Within four semesters, graduates of this MBA qualify for general management activities in the middle or upper management level of a company. The programme is characterised by a high level of application-oriented training in addition to the teaching of theoretical and professional competences. The students' professional experience is integrated into the teaching.

The tuition fees for the MBA are 6,960 euros (for a degree in the standard period of study of four semesters). Material and semester fees are added to this. Upon completion of the attendance programme, students have distinctive action, management and personal skills as well as specialised technical and methodological knowledge in global management with a focus on human resources.

The Master's programme is planned and organised together with the Institute for Joint Studies of the Universities of Applied Sciences in North Rhine-Westphalia (IfV NRW).

As a young, modern university, the HRW offers optimal learning environments to work on real solutions, to develop new human resources models and to transfer them into overall strategies. The new MBA is an important addition to the HRW's existing Master's programmes.

All those who study and work with passion and commitment are in good hands at the HRW. Because people who want to develop their potential are promoted here. This applies regardless of

This applies regardless of gender or social, ethnic or cultural background. What counts for us is the willingness to go beyond oneself. This is what we mean by "Never stop growing!"
